Plans & the two layers
Every product you operate has two layers of plans, and keeping them apart is most of what there is to understand about pricing.

kuploy.app never pushes a Layer 2 catalog down, and never sets your prices. Layer 1 only caps what you may offer: an organisation gets a capability only when both your tier and its own plan grant it.
You hold one subscription per product. Your Kuploy Cloud tier and your Leeram Business tier are separate, so upgrading one leaves the other alone. Prices are on kuploy.app/pricing; manage the subscriptions under Billing.
How the ceiling is enforced
A plan that promises more than your tier allows is refused, not quietly clamped — you find out when you try, not when a customer does.

Host organisations and storage are aggregate across your deployment; the per-organisation limits cap what you may grant on any single plan.

The AI budget is stated in kuploy.app's currency. Your own plans state theirs in each plan's currency, converted at the rates your licence carries.
It caps your plans only when Kuploy supplies the AI key. With your own key, your plans set their own AI budgets — see AI in your plans.
The Internal tier
Each product also has an Internal tier on kuploy.app. It is not for sale: it is how deployments Kuploy runs for itself hold a licence without being billed.
On your own deployment, Kuploy Cloud and Leeram Business also seed an Internal plan for organisations you don't bill — your own, staff, partners. It grants everything your tier allows and nothing above it. See Manage Your Plans → The Internal tier.
