Organizations

The Organizations page at kuploy.app/organizations shows organization counts across every kuploy-cloud instance you run, plus your platform-wide email engagement summary.

Where organization details live

By design, organization details (names, members, usage, lifecycle) stay on your instance — browse and manage them in each instance's own admin dashboard (see Admin Dashboard). Only counts and aggregates reach kuploy.app; your customers' data does not leave your servers.

What the page shows​

  • Active / Disabled / Total organizations — summed across your instances, refreshed with each platform sync (hourly).
  • Per instance — when you run more than one instance, each one's active/disabled counts.
  • Customer revenue (MRR) — on Business plans and above, what your customers pay you, totalled per instance and summed per currency. Aggregates only: per-customer detail stays on your instance (see its admin Customer Revenue page, Admin Dashboard).
  • Email engagement (last 30 days) — your platform-wide totals (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced), on Business plans and above; lower plans see the upgrade hint. Per-organization engagement shows on each organization's own Email page on your instance.

Per-organization plans​

Organization-level plan assignment is managed on your instance (plan templates and limits are enforced there). kuploy.app carries the plan catalog and entitlements; see Licensing & Platform Plans.

Frequently asked questions​

Why can't I see individual organizations here anymore?​

Data-minimization: your customers' details never leave your instance. The instance admin dashboard has the full, searchable organization list with lifecycle controls (disable/enable, verify email, delete).

How fresh are the counts?​

They update with each instance's platform sync — hourly, or whenever an instance restarts.
